Augusta Club 326 Weekly Recap

Let’s be honest for a moment.
Technically, it's not the act of speaking that scares most people.

They are afraid of being seen. People don’t want to be seen making a mistake, seen forgetting what to say, or seen not sounding “polished.”

That fear keeps a lot of voices quiet, but here is the truth.

Growth will require visibility.

At Toastmasters, we practice speaking in a space where mistakes are not failures; they're just part of the process.

You do not have to be perfect to speak. You just have to be willing.
