Let’s normalize the truth—starting out is HARD.
Not getting hired after a few interviews doesn’t mean the career is the problem. Sometimes it’s about timing, experience, or just not being the right fit yet.
Most people don’t walk into their first job instantly, especially in healthcare.
If you really want it, keep going. If you quit, you’ll miss every opportunity that was right around the corner..
Don’t let a few “no’s” make you quit. Your “yes” is coming—just don’t stop.
Keep applying. Keep showing up. Keep improving. Your opportunity is coming—but not if you quit early.
