ame training objectives or high quality standards. Absolute Self Defense conforms to the high technical standards established by the Krav Maga Association. These quality performance standards reflect the same Krav Maga and counter terror training as taught to the Israeli Defense Forces, special forces and security operatives in Israel under their technical advisement. Our certified instructors are professionally educated, with decades of experience in defensive tactics, fitness, firearms, weapons, security, law enforcement and military tactics. We continually research the changing threat and relevant defense tactics, maintain professional education, certification, and offer specialized seminars on a regular basis. Our comprehensive approach is focused on combat science, fitness, street survival and personal protection methods and helping each individual reach and extend their potential. The dynamic training is focused towards individuals, families, professionals and is beginner friendly. No experience is necessary and all ages and those with various levels of conditioning will gain value from the training. Our youth members range from 5-12 years and adults from 13-70 plus years. Our realistic training methods are challenging, educational and safe. Constant research and evolution of techniques and approaches meet the constant changing threat to personal safety. Whether the threats are active shooters, stalkers, sexual predators, child abductors, bullies, terrorists or common criminals, our streets are often violent and challenging. Because we've experienced the impact of violent situations, we teach comprehensive self defense to help create frontline protectors.

We help concerned individuals and families to go from fear and confusion to confident Tactical Protectors through our Tactical Defense System.

Our accelerated Tactical Defense System forges core skills and dynamics in the shortest path possible. We've done the research, design, and integration of the best protection systems and skills available for you to achieve your goals efficiently and save you time.

OUR CORE FOUR TACTICS:
1️⃣ Hand to hand - personal weapons attacks that cause serious injury (punches, kicks, elbows, knees, etc.)
2️⃣ Knives and Edged Weapons (anything that cuts, box cutters, razors, glass, syringe, ice pick, etc.)
3️⃣ Impact and Improvised Weapons - blunt objects (clubs, rocks, tools, bats, etc.)
4️⃣ Fi****ms (small arms; mostly handguns then rifles, shotguns)

Based on FBI and related data, we believe these focus areas are crucial to comprehensive self defense training to be prepared for the most common aggravated assault situations.

Our ladies are participating in a intensive weapons defense course this summer, where we are deep diving into weapons (how to use them and how to defend against them).

We have covered edges weapons, and impact weapons, and up next we will dive into fi****ms defensive tactics.

These four week courses are designed to provide intensive self defense training on specialized topics, specifically with females in mind. Our women’s defense classes are taught by certified female instructors, so you feel comfortable and safe while developing your personal defense skills.

Start anytime without fear of missing any info! Join us on Monday at 6:30 and Thursday at 7:30 for our women’s only training, or any night Monday through Thursday for our co-ed training.

Knowing how to defend yourself is only half of the equation.

In a real-world confrontation, defensive skills buy you time. Offensive skills create opportunities, such as an escape, protection of a loved on, moving to a safer position or a position with more tactical advantage, and ultimately a resolution to the fight.

The reality is that violence is unpredictable. You won’t get to choose when it happens, where it happens, or whether you’re feeling ready that day. And that’s why proactive training matters.

Not after an incident or when it’s convenient. And definitely not “someday.”
Tactical training and skill building is a lifestyle and should be a part of your day-to-day mission with the hope that you will never need it, but the confidence that you are prepared if you ever do.
