The picture on the left is beautiful Lynn Gall, taken ten years ago when she was 70 attending my fitness class. The picture on the right was taken today. She thought it was funny that she was wearing the same outfit, while I thought it was amazing that she looked exactly the same 10 years later!!!! Keep moving my friends!❤️💪
