📆 Stay organized by using a planner or to-do list.
📚 Choose a quiet, comfortable, well-lit study spot where you can focus without distractions.
📓 Break up big assignments into smaller, more manageable pieces.
🛏️ Prioritize healthy habits, like getting plenty of sleep, eating balanced meals, staying hydrated and moving your body.
👋 Ask for help from teachers, tutors, friends or family if you're struggling with a topic or subject.
