We would like to take a moment to share some very sad news with the class. We’ve recently learned of the passing of our classmate, Benjamin Bennett. This is a profound loss, and our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all of us who knew him.

There may be an opportunity to honor Benjamin’s memory in the coming days, and we’ll share any information as it becomes available.

There is a GoFundMe organized by his friend Christopher Johnson that will assist with his funeral cost.

Congratulations to WJBF NewsChannel 6 Golden Apple winner Briana Edwards. Edwards is a 5th grade teacher at Meadowbrook Elementary School. Her segment with Brad Means WJBF will air tonight.
