People ask me all the time...
"What happens at The REFUGE Retreat?"

Honestly?
It's hard to explain.Because it's more than a retreat.

It's the deep breath you've been needing.

It's the uninterrupted time with God you've been putting off.

It's the conversations that remind you you're not carrying life alone.

It's where weary women remember who they are.

And every single time...
God meets us there.

October is coming...
Maybe this is your season to say yes.💜

Sometimes I just sit back and smile.

Because years ago, I prayed that God would allow me to create spaces where women could heal, grow, laugh, cry, and become everything He created them to be.

And now I get to watch Him answer that prayer. 🙏🏽

To every woman who has trusted me enough to sit in the room... Thank you.

You remind me every single month why I do this. 💜

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This quick candid selfie is worth even more. As I sat down to the closeut meal from our Retreat weekend, I had to laugh to keep from crying. Underneath these curls and glasses are pure tears of joy. 🥲

And you see that light peering over my shoulder? It also shines in my heart. 🌤💗

GOD made my dreams come true! He gave me my purpose and flows through me to impact lives. A priceless position. And for that I give Him praise!

And honestly? I’m excited about what this room is becoming.

Every month I watch women:
✨ get unstuck
✨ gain clarity
✨ stop shrinking
✨ strengthen their faith and

Real growth. Real strategy. Real sisterhood.

Not fake deep. Not surface level motivation.
We’re doing the work over here.

There’s a version of me that knows the truth… and then there’s the version of me that actually has to wake up and live it.

And if I’m being real?
Those two don’t always match up as easily as I’d like. This month has been stretching me in the area of identity, like really asking:
“Do you believe what you say… or do you just say it well?”

Because it’s one thing to talk about faith.
It’s another thing to show up anchored in it when life is doing what life does.
I’ve had to pick up truth on days I didn’t feel strong. I’ve had to choose alignment when it would’ve been easier to shrink.
I’ve had to remind myself who I am… again and again and again.

But here’s what I can say with full confidence:
I don’t coach from theory. I coach from lived experience.

Every challenge I’ve faced? I faced it head on. Every hard season? I walked it all the way through. Every identity shift? I did the work to become her. And that’s the energy I bring into my coaching space.

Not perfection.
Not fluff.
Not “just think positive.”
But real alignment. Real growth. Real transformation.

So if you’ve been feeling that nudge… like you’re ready to actually live what you know..........you don’t have to do that alone.

So in 52 Sundays of just one year that alone is 52 opportunities for you and I to really lock in and take on the Christ character. And before you say, "oh she's reaching with this one," let's look at what the Bible says:

In Romans 10:15 NLT the Word says, And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!”

Please open your mind today. This does not only apply to preachers. This applies to each of us because every one of us is a minister of the gospel. Each and every one of us is a carrier of the message of the Good News! Even before we ever utter a word, our life is the preacher.
