Hello everyone! We are planning to have our first violin shop concert tentatively on the evening of Saturday November 1st, and we’d love to have you! It may be the first of many small chamber-type performances to come. We will be presenting a variety of folk music, especially Celtic, and also celebrating some recent violins made by students right here at the shop. Light refreshments will also be served. Tickets will be $25 per person, (seating is limited) and if interested, please text Jonathan at 762-218–1643. Tickets will have to be purchased physically at the shop prior to the event. Thank you!

Violinmaking classes are underway and all of our students are doing fantastic! New students may join us at any time, if interested please reach out!

Our first week of violinmaking class was a success! So far we have joined and prepared the back and top plates, and learned how to use handplanes, saws, hide glue and other tools. (Just missing one student, Vickie, in the photo.)
