Grace Tigges recently attended IALF Orientation Training to learn more about Ag in the Classroom and all of the great resources available to educators!

It was a great day of learning, getting new ideas, and connecting with other Ag in the Classroom educators from across Iowa. Grace is excited to take what she learned and bring new lessons, activities, and agriculture education into classrooms throughout the school year! 🌽🐄🌾

A big thank you to the Iowa Agriculture Literacy Foundation for putting on a great training and for all of the resources and support they provide to Ag in the Classroom educators!

🚜 Congratulations to our 2026 Audubon County Fair Pedal Pull Winners! 🏆

Audubon County Farm Bureau hosted the annual Kids Pedal Pull during the Audubon County Fair on Saturday, July 18. This year’s event had a great turnout, with 67 participants competing across age divisions ranging from 3 and under through the 12 & 13-year-old division.

Youth brought their pedal power and determination to the competition as family and friends cheered them on. Each age division had the opportunity to compete for first and second place honors, making for a fun day of friendly competition and fair memories.

A big thank you to My Way Designs for creating the participant ribbons and awards for our winners. We also appreciate Van Wall Equipment for providing the pull-back tractor used during the event.

Congratulations to all of our competitors and our first and second-place winners! 🏆🚜

Audubon County Farm Bureau brought the excitement to the Audubon County Fair with a liquid nitrogen ice cream demonstration! Board member Randy Dreher shared the science behind the cool treat, with help from Outreach Coordinator Grace Tigges.

Audubon County Farm Bureau had a great time hosting our Exhibitors Lunch at the Audubon County Fair! We loved getting the chance to visit with exhibitors, families, and fair supporters while serving up a delicious meal.

We were also proud to present a $323 donation to the Audubon County Fair to help continue the tradition of making our county fair a success. Thank you to everyone who makes the fair such a special part of our community!
