Our first House Assembly this year was kicked off by 2nd grade (and our lovely music teacher, Mrs. Maddi Soltys)!!!

We introduced the Scribble Spot and had a meet- and-greet with 5 special visitors; Sadness 💙, Aniexty 💜, Anger ❤️, Fear 🧡, and Joy 💛

Big takeaways from today:

Our first Gold Coin recipients! These 2 smiling faces consistently showed Caldwell Excellence by following our 3 PBS Expectations ALL August 🌞 long! Because of this, they took a trip to the book machine in our Library and chose a FREE book! 📚

Math is always fun with play-doh and lego! Students practiced stamping arrays into play-doh and then writing the repeated addition equations to match!
