Thank you first responders! Today we celebrated First Responders Day with CAL FIRE NEU and Placer County Sheriff's Office. Our students got to meet and ask questions from various Sheriff and CAL FIRE teams, as well as thank them for their hard work in helping keep our community safe! Our students LOVED seeing our local heroes and their equipment! THANK YOU AND WE APPRECIATE YOU!

Bowman School is looking for a PT Health Aide. This person will work in the office and assist students with injuries/illnesses, communicate with parents, work on mandatory reports, and maintain student health records.
Position requires knowledge of basic medical terminology, familiarity with vital signs, and knowledge of Universal Precautions. Basic computer skills and data entry.
Medical classes are recommended. Basic knowledge of screening, immunizations, and common medical concerns. Diastat training and concussion training are encouraged.
Professional medical training recommended; Current adult and child CPR card; Current first aid card.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
