WE HAVE EXTENDED THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE STUDENT MARKETING ASSISTANT - SOUTH KOREA
The Student Marketing Assistant (SMA) reports to the Senior Director of International Outreach and Marketing, who
supervises the position.
🌸Main Position Responsibilities:🌸
Providing outreach to prospective students and their parents as needed by answering questions about studying in the U.S. and specifically at GRC
Communicating with these prospective students with the goal of encouraging them to choose GRC for their
study abroad program
Reaching-out to new applicants to collect missing information
Being familiar with all programs offered at GRC with in-depth knowledge of those which are of particular
interest to Korean students including High School Completion, 2+2 university transfer, and S.T.E.M. majors,
including GRC’s niche program in all areas of aviation
Assisting the Senior Director of International Outreach and Marketing in scheduling business related
appointments and the logistics surrounding them
Using Kakaotalk to communicate with students and promote GRC AND MORE
🌷Minimum Qualifications:🌷
• Motivated and self-directed
• Able to work independently and reliably while supervisor is away from the office for extended periods of time
• Fluent in Korean and high English level proficiency
• Familiarity with the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Word, and Zoom
• Maintain a 3.5 GPA
• GRC student for two terms
• Plans to continue at GRC for at least another four terms
