Please join me in welcoming our new interventionist, Mrs. Stephanie Hathaway! 💚💛

Hi! My name is Stephanie Hathaway and I am so excited to be part of the Park Avenue staff once again! I have been working in Auburn since 2003. I was a classroom teacher for 18 years, teaching Kindergarten and first grade at Fairview and Washburn. After I left the classroom, I was a Reading Recovery teacher and later a literacy coach, with Park Ave being one of the schools I covered. Most recently, I moved back to an interventionist position, which will be my new role at Park. I am looking forward to the upcoming school year and am excited to meet all the students!

Hello everyone!

My name is Heaven Conley, and I’m thrilled to be joining the 6th grade team at Park Avenue Elementary. After graduating from the University of Southern Maine, I worked as a substitute teacher within the Auburn schools. I am passionate about creating an inclusive and valuable learning environment for students. I’m excited to be part of the Park Avenue community and can’t wait to start this journey with all of you!

She is a very familiar face in a new position! 🎉

Hello Park Avenue! I am the newest second grade teacher! You might recognize me, as this will be my 16th year at Park Ave. I started as an Ed Tech in the multilanguage learner program, then I taught kindergarten for ten years, and most recently I had the pleasure of working with all students kindergarten through sixth grade as the school librarian. This year, I am excited to move back into the classroom teacher role! I cannot wait to learn and grow with all of my second graders this year. See you all soon! Love, Mrs. Hafner
