What do America’s founding documents still mean in today’s world?
That’s the question we try to answer in “The Legacy of Our Founding Documents,” a thought-provoking series exploring how the foundational principles of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights continue to shape our nation and our lives.

Open to the public. Join us on Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Harris Center, 425 Perry Street, to discuss the enduring legacy of America’s most important documents.

This series is led by Auburn University Professor Emeritus Larry Ge**er and features an outstanding lineup of humanities scholars including Morris Savage Endowed Chair and Professor Steven Brown, Appalachian State University Assistant Professor Sidonia Serafini, and University of Georgia Distinguished Research Professor Barbara McCaskill.

🇺🇸 Twenty-five years after the events of September 11, we pause to remember those who lost their lives and honor the heroes who answered the call.

Today, members of Auburn ROTC, student veterans and first responders came together at Jordan-Hare Stadium for a memorial stair climb, carrying forward a promise to never forget.
