Before you list your home, remember this: 💰 Price it right from the start.

Many sellers think, “I’ll list high and lower the price later if I need to.” Unfortunately, that’s often one of the biggest mistakes a seller can make.

📍Here’s an example:

🏡 Home A is worth about $550,000, but the seller lists it at $599,000 hoping to “leave room to negotiate.”

❌ Buyers compare it with similar homes and skip it because they feel it’s overpriced.

After 30 days, the seller drops the price to $569,000… then eventually to $549,900.

By then, buyers are asking:
“Why has this house been sitting on the market? Is something wrong with it?”

Now compare that with:
