Fire Prevention Month at Preschool 🚒🔥
Today, our preschoolers had a wonderful opportunity to learn about fire safety and prevention during a special visit from the Auburn Fire Department. Through engaging, hands-on experiences, our children explored important fire prevention concepts, met local firefighters, and learned ways to stay safe at home and at school.
A heartfelt thank you to the Auburn Fire Department for once again providing such meaningful and interactive learning experiences for our littlest learners. We are grateful for your commitment to educating our community and helping our youngest learners build important safety skills.

We all love a good hands-on guessing game, don't we?
Today we gathered together, and our grand friends each had a little box of fall-themed trinkets—like fake leaves, fall Mums, and bat decorations! Our Clover Preschool students took turns guessing what each item was, and they did an amazing job! We had a blast! Have you ever tried a guessing game like this?

✨👜💕 Today during our Together Time visit with our Grand Friends, Ms Kim and a group of girls decided to bring their pocketbooks from dramatic play. We pretended to head out on a shopping spree and soon turned our adventure into a fun game of “What’s in My Purse?”

The children and Ms Kim eagerly shared the treasures they had tucked inside their purses, and our grand friends couldn’t stop laughing at some of the funny and creative items they discovered! 😊

Moments like these are so special because they encourage imagination, conversation, and meaningful connections between generations. Thank you to our grand friends for sharing so many smiles and laughs with us today! ❤️👵👧

🍂👑 We were delighted to welcome one of our wonderful Grand Friends from one of our Embark neighborhoods, who shared a cherished tradition she enjoyed with her own grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Together, the children created beautiful fall leaf crowns, using colorful autumn leaves and their imaginations to make something truly special.

It was a meaningful opportunity to connect generations, share memories, and create new ones. Thank you to our Grand Friend for bringing this beloved family tradition to life and making our day extra special! 🍁❤️

✨ We were delighted to welcome our new Executive Director to the Preschool this morning! She spent time with our children sharing one of her favorite stories, If You Give a Moose a Muffin by Laura Numeroff.

The children were engaged from beginning to end as they listened to this beloved story and enjoyed a special opportunity to connect with one of our leaders. Thank you for making story time such a memorable experience for our Preschool community! ❤️

Today was a wonderful day of creativity, connection, and seasonal fun! Our preschoolers joined residents to create beautiful leaf crowns, becoming the Kings and Queens of Fall. 🍁

Using colorful autumn leaves and plenty of imagination, the children and residents worked side by side, sharing smiles, stories, and laughter. These intergenerational activities create meaningful relationships while encouraging creativity and celebrating the beauty of the season.

We love seeing our youngest learners and residents come together to make special memories and enjoy the magic of fall. ❤️

Did Somebody Say Apple Picking? 🍎

Our Grand Friends took a special trip to the orchard earlier this week and brought back some delicious apples for us to enjoy! During Together Time in one of our Embark neighborhoods, the children helped turn those fresh apples into a tasty apple crisp.

This hands-on experience was a wonderful way to explore cooking, practice teamwork, and learn where some of our favorite foods come from. The sweet smell of apples and cinnamon filled the room, and everyone enjoyed tasting the finished treat!

A big thank you to our Grand Friends for sharing their orchard adventure with us and helping create such a memorable experience. 🍏❤️

Did someone say BINGO? 🎉

Our preschoolers and grand friends enjoyed a wonderful time together playing Bingo in one of our Embrace neighborhoods! 💜 There was lots of laughter, excitement, and friendly competition as everyone worked together to find the winning numbers.

These special intergenerational moments help build meaningful connections, create lasting memories, and bring smiles to the faces of all ages. Thank you to our grand friends for joining us and making the day so much fun!

In one of our Explore neighborhoods this week, our residents and preschool children used the Conversation Ball to spark discussion, share ideas, practice listening, and build connections with one another!

As each person took a turn, they answered thoughtful prompts, expressed their feelings, and learned more about one another. Activities like these help strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and create a sense of belonging within our community.

Coloring, Conversation & Connection 🖍️🍂

This morning, one of our Embark neighborhoods was filled with smiles, creativity, and meaningful moments as residents enjoyed coloring and conversation with the preschool children. 💕

From sharing stories and laughter to creating colorful works of art together, these intergenerational connections continue to bring joy, purpose, and a sense of community to everyone involved. We are so grateful for the special friendships being built one visit at a time.
