Join the Auburn Symphony for a family friendly orchestra concert, Forest Adventures, featuring a dramatic reading of Peter and the Wolf and a performance by the 15-year-old winner of the Young Artists' Competition. Saturday, February 4 at 1pm n Auburn. This is a great opportunity for you and your child to experience the thrill of a live orchestral performance. This fun, playful, and research-based parent-child class is a great way to bond and have fun while supporting your child's natural musical development and making friends with other local parents and children. Join us for fun, online parent-child Music Together classes! Our next session begins January 18! We love to share the joy and connection of music with you, especially when we can't be physically together. Our online classes are open to all families, and the class fee includes any and all siblings for FREE as well as a songbook and CD mailed to your home. You can even register your child's grandparents or other special friends so they can Zoom in for free! So even those of you with older children who may have "graduated" from Music Together--please consider returning to join us for some musical JOY! You can choose from classes taught by Teacher Beth and Teacher Nina, and your class fee will include live classes (which will be recorded so you can review them again later), materials mailed to your home, recorded bonuses from both teachers (such as lullabies), and more!

Hi, Friends! Music Together is a fun and research based parent-child music education program that we have offered in Auburn and Nevada County for 14+ years. For the summer semester, we will be offering online classes to help us keep making music together even as we spend more time at home. Join me for weekly music play time for children 5 and under and their parents or caregivers. We start next week and run for 6 weeks. Here is what one mom wrote about her experience this past Spring (when classes were also online): "Music Together’s online program has been such a valuable resource for our family. My daughter is almost 2 1/2 and she sings the songs on her own and genuinely looks forward to seeing her teacher every week. The program is up beat and it encourages our daughter to engage with her Music Together community. We enjoy being able to tune in from home and a amazed with the creativity and effort the teachers have invested in the classes."
