Hello, This is Master Andy from World Champion Taekwondo. Here are some information parents need to know during February 2022.

*Waiting Area will be opened only for belt test.
And it will fully open on Monday Feb.14th

*Color Belt Test
Thursday February 10th
4:30pm for White/Yellow/Orange/Green/Blue
6:00pm for Blue stripe/Purple/Brown/Red & Adult class students

Full uniform is required for belt testing.
There will be NO CLASS on testing day.
All students and parents are required to putting mask on. Temperature checks and sanitization is needed before entering the studio.

New protocols regarding to re-open Studio
May 29th 2020
Dear Parents
Hello, We are off for training almost 3 month since coronavirus impacts our society. World Champion Taekwondo Studio is now preparing re-open. We have some new policies and regulations so please check before you return to the studio. On June 1st thru June 5th will be preparing time for studio and regular session will be started on June 8th 2020 Monday

1. Check Temperature of your body and sanitize your hands
a. Studio has a station next to the entrance. Before the training, we will check the body temperatures. Student who has fever or contacted the person who has symptom within 14 days may not enter the studio

2. Limit number of students
a. Studio only allows 8 students per session.
b. We will train with 6 feet social distance policy.
c. Until further notice, Students only be able to attend the session 2 times per week. Please Visit the studio during June 1st -June 5th and select your child day and time for training. First come first serve

3. Please wear dental, fabric, regular face mask to cover the mouth and lips

4. Waiting area will not be able to sitt and wait. Parents and/or Guardian will stay at the vehicle or drop and pick up child

5. Reduce to visit restroom
a. If it is possible, studio try no make students use the restroom except emergency situation. Please make them go to restroom at home before the training time.

6. Grab your own equipment (such as water bottle) all the time
a. Water fountain will not work due to the policy.

안녕하십니까, 태권도장 임시 휴관 한지 어연 석달 가까이 되어 갑니다. 6월 1일 부터 6월 5일까지는 준비기간, 6월 8일부터는 도장을 다시 정상적으로 수업을 하려 준비중에 있습니다. 코로나바이러스와 관련 새로운 규칙과 규율들이 있으니 꼭 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 입장시 열 확인 및 손 세정하기
a. 입장할때 도장입구 옆에 스테이션을 설치했습니다. 열 체크기로 열을 확인합니다. 고열이 있거나 2주이내로 확진자와 접촉이 있었던 학생의 출입은 자제합니다.

2. 학생수 제한
a. 수업당 최대 8명까지만 입장할 수 있습니다.
b. 최대한 6 피트 거리를 유지하며 최소한의 신체적 접촉으로 수업을 진행합니다.
c. 당분간은 학생들의 수업참가 가능횟수는 2회로 제한합니다. 시간을 배정하여 진행할 예정이니 6월 1일 – 5일 사이에 도장에 방문하시면 시간을 배정해 드리겠습니다.

3. 마스크는 꼭 착용하기, 호흡기관에 이상이 있는 학생을 제외하곤 꼭 착용해주십시요.

4. 대기장소의 의자들은 은 당분간 운영하지 않습니다. 차량에서 기다려주시거나 도장에 드랍 하고 픽업하여 주시길 바랍니다.

5. 화장실 사용 자제하기
a. 가급적이면 아이들이 화장실을 이용하지 않도록 집에서 볼일을 봐두고 나올수 있게 해 주십시요.

6. 마실 물 꼭 챙기기 – 식수대는 위생안전을 위하여 운영하지 않습니다.

Kay Ivey 주지사와 알라바마 공중보건부는 4월 28일 국가보건명령에 대한 수정안을 발표하였습니다. 필수적인 비지니스를 제외한 모든 비지니스에 대해 휴무령을 발표하였습니다. 저희 도장은 필수 비지니스에 포함되지 아니하여 다시 휴관공지를 합니다.

1. 도장 휴관 연장 안내 : 5월 31일 까지

2. 도장이 열기 전까지 모든 월회비는 결제되지 않습니다.

3. 비디오 관련자료는 곧 올리기 시작하겠습니다..
• 제가 근 몇주동안 몸이 아파 진행을 하지 못하였습니다. 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송합니다.

To All WCT Families:
Governor Kay Ivey and the Alabama Department of Public Health issued an amendment to its statewide health order on March 27th 2020 prohibiting all non-work-related gatherings of 10 or more people. The order also requires non-essential businesses to close.

1. STUDIO CLOSURE EXTENDED
• We anticipate remaining closed through April 30th 2020
until further Notice.
2. PAYMENT INFORMAITON
• All of the Monthly payments will be hold
until further notice.
• One time full payment students: will get full credit for missing classes by extending contract period
• Hold of the payments because of Coronavirus is available/ please contact office.
3. Video for Training
• Studio will produce the virtual training during this month by video. Please keep in touch with this page.

We Sincerely regret this decision, but we are trying desperately to abide by Government mandates and to do what is best for our instructors and students. Our top priority is students’ and families’ health and there well being. Thank you for your understating and hope we can beat this situation wisely.

하루하루 바뀌어가는 상황에 따라 도장에서 새로히 공지를 드립니다. 참고해주시길 바랍니다.

1. 도장 휴관 연장 안내
• 2020년 4월 5일 (일요일) 까지 도장을 휴관하기로 결정하였습니다.
2. 수업시간표 관련 공지 -> 취소
• 현재 시에서 행하고 있는 사회적 거리두기의 강화로 인해 수업프로그램과 맞지 않아 취소를 결정하였습니다.
3. 수업료 관련 정보
• 일시불로 지불하신 학부모님께는 휴관하는 동안의 기간을 계약만료 기준으로 기간 연장을 해 드립니다.
• 매월 5일에 월회비를 내시는 학부모님께는 사태가 잠잠해질때까지 회비는 결제되지 않습니다. 3월 회비는 도장을 다시 열때 크레딧으로 드리겠습니다.
• 매월 19일에 월회비를 내시는 학부모님께는 사태가 잠잠해질때까지 회비는 결제되지 않습니다.

Important Information regarding School Closure

To All WCT Families:
The Novel coronavirus (covid-19) situation and its impact on our students and their families is unprecedented and changing rapidly. The health and well-being of the students is and has always been, our No.1 priority. Here are updated information.

1. STUDIO CLOSURE EXTENDED
• We anticipate remaining closed through APRIL 5th 2019
2. CLASS TIME SCHEDULE CHANGES -> Cancelled
• Due to the state restriction of gathering people, we are unable to change the class program
3. PAYMENT INFORMAITON
• One time full payment students: will get full credit for missing classes by extending contract period
• Recruiting payment every 5th of the month students : No payment until further notice.
• Recruiting payment every 19th of the month students: No payment until further notice.
• Hold of the payments because of Coronavirus is available/ please contact office.

Important Information regarding School Closure
March 18th 2020

To All WCT Families:
Out of an abundance of caution and to assist with our nation’s preventive efforts, World Champion Taekwondo Auburn will temporarily close its studio beginning Monday, March 16. Here are some important informations for the studio and students.

1. STUDIO CLOSURE
• We anticipate remaining closed through March 29th 2020
• During closure, we will clean and sanitize whole equipments in the studio
• Keep in touch with child/children in training taekwondo.

2. CLASS TIME SCHEDULE CHANGES
• Class will be set up to small class to deny the infaction.
• Class duration will be changed from 45 minutes to 30 minutes
• Maximum students per class: 7 / Little Tiger Class : 5 students
• Class Time Schedule will be announced soon

3. PAYMENT INFORMAITON
• One time full payment students: will extend 2 weeks from the end of the contract date.
example: Expiration date- March 31st 2020 -> Extend to April 15th 2020
• Recruiting payment every 5th of the month students : will get 50% of from the regular payment in next payment of April.
• Recruiting payment every 19th of the month students: will not charge on the 19th and payment date will be moved to 5th of the April
• Hold of the payment because of Coronavirus is available/ please contact office.

안녕하십니까. 전세계적으로 코로나바이러스로 인해 많은 분들이 어려운 시기를 겪고 있습니다.
이곳 알라바마 주에서도 학교 및 스포츠 이벤트들이 취소되고 있으며 학생들의 안전과 건강을 우려하여 도장에서의 방침을 알려드립니다. 참고하여 주시길 바랍니다.

1. 도장 휴관
• 2020년 3월 31일 (화요일) 까지 도장을 휴관하기로 결정하였습니다.
• 휴관하는 동안 도장을 방역하며 청소할 예정입니다.
• 집에 있는 동안 아이들이 수련을 게을리 하지 않도록 관심을 주시길 바랍니다.

2. 수업시간표 관련 공지
• 아이들의 감염을 방지하기 위하여 임시로 small class 로 운영을 할 예정입니다.
• 45분 수업 대신 30분으로 수업시간 변경
• 시간당 학생수는 7명으로 제한 / 리틀타이거클래스는 5명으로 제한
• 시간표는 추후 공지할 예정입니다.

3. 수업료 관련
• 일시불로 지불하신 학부모님께는 휴관하는 동안의 기간을 크레딧으로 드립니다.
예: 계약 만료일이 3월 31일 시 -> 4월 15일까지 연장
• 매월 5일에 월회비를 내시는 학부모님께는 휴관동안 나오지 못한 기간을 고려,
다음달 회비는 50%로 결제될 예정입니다.
• 매월 19일에 월회비를 내시는 학부모님께는 3월 19일에는 회비가 결제되지 않을 예정이며 5일로 회비내는 날이 변경될 예정입니다.
• 코로나바이러스 관련으로 월회비를 홀드 하실수 있습니다. 문의 주십시요.
