You DO NOT have to be Hispanic or even speak Spanish to join! SHPE's vision is a world where Hispanics are highly valued and influential as the leading innovators, scientists, mathematicians and engineers. Our chapter achieves this through supporting our members through college as well as increasing Hispanic involvement and success in the STEM fields through community outreach and scholarship. We offer opportunities for scholarships, internships, professional development, and networking with the world's most prominent companies and corporations. Please feel free to contact our chapter if you wish to get involved and take advantage of this awesome professional society! Our dues are only $20 (including national registration) and we are currently offering multiple opportunities to increase your resume! THIS INCLUDES PAID TRAVEL GRANTS TO OUR NATIONAL CONFERENCE THIS NOVEMBER IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS!
