The collegians are seeking a venue for their new member retreat on Sunday, August 20 from 10-3 or 4pm. They would love to take the New Members to Lake Martin or similar venue if anyone has connections to a house or space.

Natasha Niemann (Auburn) has s***k, and it has always propelled her forward, to be fearless when trying new things. In college she participated in ROTC and ultimately joined the military, but her interest was first spurred in elementary school and was pushed even further when she met her eighth-grade history teacher who was the first woman she had ever met who was in the military. The nominating committee of the Gamma Phi Beta Affiliated House Corporation invites you to submit your name and qualifications to serve on the board of the directors. Service on the board of directors can be a humbling and fulfilling contribution to the life and success of the Gamma Phi Chapter at Auburn University. The deadline to submit the nomination form to serve on the board of directors is due Thursday, October 1 with candidate feedback forms due Sunday, October 4.
As you consider your potential role with the board, I have provided some background and expectations outlined in the Board of Directors Info Packet. If you would like to nominate another potential candidate, please pass this information along to her as well.
Attached to this email are three links. One directs you to the Board of Directors Informational Packet. The second is the Board Nomination Form that should be prepared by the potential candidate. And the third is a Candidate Feedback Form that may be submitted on behalf of any candidate. These materials, along with a resume and a photo (for recognition purposes), will be used by the nominating committee to develop the slate of candidates for voting at the annual meeting on October 19 at 6:00 via Zoom.
If you are selected to be interviewed, the nominating committee will contact you between October 2-5 to arrange for a 15-20 minute phone/ Zoom interview on either October 5 or October 6.
