Our first meeting went so well! Thanks to everyone that came out and made these yummy treats! The theme was Farmer's Market Favorites!
Hey guys! We're so excited for this semester and we have some great themes planned for our meetings! Be sure to go to AUinvolve and join if you haven't already as we'll be sending out an email soon about our meetings this semester! War eagle!
The most delicious and easy pizza dough recipe, and it doesn't have to rise!
Ingredients:
1 package yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2-1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
Combine yeast and warm water, stir until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Let rest 5 minutes.
Roll out to the size and shape you need (We split the dough into 4 sections and made smaller pizzas).
Top with your choice of toppings. Bake at 500 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked and cheese browned.

Our last meeting of the semester was a success! We learned how to make homemade pizza dough, and everyone got to make a personal pizza. What a fun and delicous way to end the semester!

Lots of yummy healthy foods at our CBC meeting last night! Looking forward to meeting again in February.
With new years resolutions all around, our first CBC meeting of the semester is focusing on healthy dishes! The meeting is next Tuesday, January 27 at 6:30 pm (directions below). Get creative and start searching for a healthy recipe that you can bring and share with everyone! The options are endless on what you can make.
Can't wait to see everyone there and try all the delicious, healthy recipes NEXT TUESDAY! Come hungry and you will leave with lots of new ideas on how to cook and eat healthier as a college student.
