ESU 4 had the privilege of hosting our Superhero Substitutes for a workshop yesterday!

These everyday heroes shared ideas, learned new strategies, and added even more tools to their superhero tool belts. There was plenty of learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of appreciation for the important role substitutes play in our schools!

Thank you, substitutes! You truly are superheroes!

The ESU 4 Perkins Consortium supported 19 educators to attend the Nebraska Career Education Conference in Kearney this week. It was an excellent conference that provided valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

📚✨ The Golden Reader event was a huge success!

On April 17, 45 teams gathered at Peru State College—hosted in partnership with ESU 4—to compete in three exciting divisions: Picture Books, Chapter Books, and Novels.

A big thank you to Jefferson Knapp from Kraken Books as our featured author speaker, inspiring students with his love of reading and storytelling.

The first ever Pawnee City All Star Life Skills track meet was a success! Students from across the ESU 4 region gathered togehter to compete and socialize with new friends. Thank you to Dedra Blecha and Derek Niss and all of the volunteers from Pawnee City School for hosting this amazing event!!
