We had a fun morning celebrating the 36 students who were drawn for our September Beanstack Reading Challenge! 📚

Thank you Dunkin Donuts for matching our rewards dollars from Beanstack!

The OCTOBER reading challenge requires 4 badges, one being the Short and Spooktacula badge. We have books about pumpkins, Halloween picture/chapter/poetry books on display for students to enjoy. 🎃

🌟Happy Coaches Week! 🌟

This week, we celebrated three incredible members of our Ogletree All-Star family!

Coach Harris and Coach Kinder coach our students, while Ms. Speigner coaches our teachers. Although their roles may look different, they share one common goal: helping our entire school reach its fullest potential! 🌟

From inspiring students to empowering teachers, these three make a lasting impact on our school every single day. We are so thankful for their dedication, encouragement, and leadership!

A special shoutout to our amazing PTO for making them feel extra appreciated with personalized gift baskets filled with some of their favorite things! 🛍️💛

💙💛 Happy National Custodian Day! 💛💙

Today, we celebrated three very special members of our Ogletree family! ⭐🌳 Our school was filled with reminders of just how much we appreciate Mr. Jesús, Ms. Sha’Ron, and Mr. Jeff. Posters were displayed throughout the building, students shared handwritten notes, and our custodians had a well-deserved opportunity to relax and enjoy a good meal. We hope they felt celebrated and appreciated all day long!

These three work tirelessly behind the scenes each day to keep Ogletree clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for our All-Stars. Our school simply would not run without them!

Thank you, Mr. Jesús, Ms. Sha’Ron, and Mr. Jeff, for all you do for our students, staff, and school each and every day. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Ogletree All-Star family! ⭐💙💛

✨💙💛 SHINE WEEK CELEBRATION: GLOW PARTY! 💛💙✨

What a way to celebrate an AMAZING SHINE Week! 🌟 Thanks to the incredible support of our Ogletree families, students, and community, we didn’t just meet our fundraising goal—we exceeded it by $11,000! 🎉

Our All-Stars celebrated in a BIG way with a special Glow Party organized by our incredible PTO! 🪩✨ Students enjoyed walking the trail from Ogletree to Lake Wilmore, where the fun continued with music, glowing fun, and lots of celebration!

And what better special guest for our All-Stars than Aubie! 🐯 Having him join the celebration made an already special day even more memorable!

A HUGE thank you to our PTO for making this celebration possible and to our students, families, staff, and donors for making SHINE Week such an incredible success. We are so grateful for the way our Ogletree community continues to SHINE! ⭐️💙💛

✨🌟 WE SHINED BRIGHT, ALL-STARS! 🌟✨

What an incredible SHINE Week! 💙💛 Not only did we meet our fundraising goal—we SURPASSED IT! 🎉

From lemonade stands 🍋 to car washes 🚗💦 and everything in between, our All-Stars got creative and worked hard to raise money for the Tree! 🌳⭐

We kicked off SHINE Week with a school-wide pep rally and kept the excitement going with fun dress-up days throughout the week. Seeing our students, families, teachers, and staff come together for Ogletree made this week extra special!

A HUGE thank you to every donor, family, teacher, staff member, and student who helped make SHINE Week such an amazing success. We couldn’t have done it without you! 💙💛

🌟 SHINE WEEK is almost here, All-Stars! 🌟

We are kicking off SHINE Week THIS FRIDAY, September 11! 💙💛⭐ Get ready for a week full of school spirit, fun dress-up days, and lots of opportunities to SHINE BRIGHT!

SHINE Week is extra special because it is Ogletree’s ONLY fundraiser of the year! There is no set amount—we simply ask families, friends, and supporters to give whatever they can. Every contribution makes a difference and goes right back to supporting our students and school! ✨

💰 How to Donate: Our preferred method is MySchoolBucks, but we are also happy to accept cash or checks. Please note that we can't accept card payments at the school.

⭐ Don’t forget—our kickoff is THIS FRIDAY! Wear your grade-level color and help us start SHINE Week with lots of All-Star spirit!

🚌💙 A little love for our amazing bus drivers! 💛⭐

Our wonderful PTO gifted each of our bus drivers an OES insulated tumbler as a small token of appreciation! We are so thankful for the smiling faces who safely get our All-Stars to and from school each day.

A big shoutout to our amazing cafeteria staff for the delicious lunch they prepared for our All-Stars today! We are so thankful for the care they put into making sure our students are well-fed and ready to learn. 💙💛
