We are thrilled to recognize Ms. Leonna Smith-Campbell for being selected by the Bojangles Foundation to receive a $100 classroom book award and a $25 Bojangles gift card!

This recognition is a testament to Ms. Smith-Campbell’s unwavering dedication to her students, her passion for literacy, and her commitment to creating engaging learning experiences in the classroom.

Ms. Smith-Campbell’s impact extends far beyond her classroom walls. This year, she was named Loachapoka Elementary School Teacher of the Year and went on to earn the distinguished honor of being selected as Lee County Schools Teacher of the Year!

We are incredibly proud of Ms. Smith-Campbell and grateful for the difference she makes in the lives of our students every day. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved recognition!

We’re already in Week 3 of Summer Learning Camp, and our students are soaring to new heights!

Mrs. Brown is inspiring a love of reading by sharing engaging literature and helping students discover the joy of great stories. Meanwhile, in 4th grade, Ms. Moore’s students are building strong math skills as they explore fractions with fraction tiles and master multiplication concepts.

Our students are having an out-of-this-world time as they strengthen their reading and math skills through our exciting space-themed activities. From reading adventures that spark imagination to hands-on math lessons that challenge young minds, students are staying engaged, learning, and having fun every day.

Updated Summer Hours Involve EVERY Parent

Lee County Schools Summer Feeding Program is here! 🚀🍎

Free breakfast and lunch are available for all children ages 18 and under throughout the summer. In addition, eligible students can receive weekend meal boxes to help ensure they have access to nutritious food even when school is not in session.

🚀✨ We were excited to welcome members of the ARI Region 9 team to Loachapoka Elementary's Summer Learning Camp! Their visit provided a wonderful opportunity to showcase the engaging learning experiences our students are participating in this summer.

This year's camp theme is "Mission to Success: Exploring New Frontiers in Learning" with a space-themed adventure that is taking students beyond the classroom and into a universe of discovery. Through hands-on activities, literacy and math enrichment, and collaborative learning experiences, our students are reaching for the stars every day!
