Thank you, Mayor Ron Anders, for always volunteering your time to help welcome our students back at the beginning of the school year! Mayor Anders is a Cary Woods alumni and we are always happy when he stops by! Thank you for your help this week, Mayor Anders! We are so grateful for your willingness to jump in and help us with car line and start the year by greeting our students and families.

Behind every great first week is an incredible team of teachers, students, AND families!
Our teachers worked SO hard to make this first week special for our little explorers! From preparing welcoming classrooms and organizing materials to planning engaging lessons and thinking through every little detail, they poured their hearts into getting ready for our students.
And our Cary Woods families showed up, too! We loved seeing so many parents at Meet Your Teacher and watching families walk their students into school on that very first day. Those moments of excitement, anticipation, hugs, and maybe a few happy tears made the beginning of the year extra special!
Our teachers created classrooms where students feel safe, loved, welcomed, and ready to learn, and our families helped make that first step through the doors feel just a little easier.
We are so grateful for the partnership between our teachers and families as we begin another amazing year at Cary Woods!
Thank you, teachers, for all you do. Thank you, families, for trusting us with your greatest treasures. And thank you, students, for making our first week so much fun!
