"One of my biggest regrets from my undergraduate years is not taking advantage of the opportunity to study abroad. But financially, without scholarship money, it wouldn't have been feasible for me. Therefore I want to use my position to provide this opportunity to students who may not be able to travel abroad due to funds." Kimberly Mulligan,Director, COSAM OIED

Welcome to this week's installment of ODMA HYPE, where we highlight diversity in STEM through Auburn University's students, faculty, and alumni! In this episode we sat down with Katelyn Simpkins, a Summer Bridge alum and graduating senior. Katelyn has been an active member of the Auburn community, serving as a War Eagle Girl, COSAM Peer Advisor, on-campus Resident Assistant, and a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, all while maintaining an impressive GPA. Although we are going to miss her, we wish her much success as she moves on to her next chapter as a medical student at the University of Alabama Birmingham!
