Auburn University Drumline

Auditions for the 2024 AUDL have been finalized for Thursday, May 30th - Saturday June 1st. In the past we have typically held auditions on Memorial Day weekend, but this year it will be held a week later so that our staff and students can enjoy the long weekend with family and friends. War Eagle!

The steel bands start at 6pm out in the Goodwin Hall courtyard, then we’ll move inside at 7pm for performances from the percussion ensemble, AU Drumline, and more! Tickets are required for the indoor performances and can be purchased at aub.ie/aumusictickets. We will also be hosting a Fastest Hands Competition during the steel band show. Submissions are $2 each, cash only. Winner gets two pairs of sticks and an AU logo bass drum head. See you there! War Eagle!!

𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩: played cymbals for four seasons with the AUDL, and graduated with a degree in civil engineering. He is headed to South Carolina to work for KCI Technologies. War Eagle Charlie!

𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩: played cymbals for 3 seasons with the AUDL. He graduated this spring with a degree in Supply Chain Management and is headed to work for DHL. War Eagle Will!

GRAD SPOTLIGHT: Stephen Haw played in the cymbal line and front ensemble during his four years with the AUDL. He graduated with a degree in chemical engineering and will be moving to Houston to work for Burns & McDonnell.
