Let's get back in the groove now that classes have started.

STEP 3. Letโ€™s get printing! ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ
With over 30 printer and copier locations spread across campus, printing couldnโ€™t be more convenient. We also have a full-time Ricoh printing technician on campus to service and support all the TigerPrint printers and copiers. Simply add funds to your TigerPrint account, print directly from your device, and release the print job at the printer location of your choice with your TigerID.

Did you get a new phone or device over the summer and now Duo Mobile isnโ€™t working properly? Not a problem! All you need is a reactivation of your account on the new device.

โฐ SUMMER 2025 Alumni Account Changes โฐ

For the past year, Summer 2025 graduates have had access to applications provided by Auburn. This grace period will be ending SOON! Access to applications such as Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Box, etc. will end and all files will be removed.

๐Ÿ’พ Make sure all files and photos are moved to a personal account ASAP!

๐Ÿ“ข Change By Vendor - Microsoft 365 ๐Ÿ“ข

Starting July 13, 2026, Microsoft made changes to support for older Mac operating systems or devices. Some users on macOS or iOS devices may notice that Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or OneNote) can open and print files, but cannot edit, save, or create new files. This is called reduced functionality mode. This issue affects both Microsoft 365 subscribers on MacOS, iPhone, and iPad, and those with non-subscription software, including Office 2021 or Office 2019 on MacOS.

๐Ÿ‘For most users, updating your operating system (OS) and updating your Microsoft 365 apps will resolve this issue.๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿ›ก Summer Cyber Series ๐Ÿ›ก

So, you think youโ€™ve been phished? ๐ŸŽฃ๐ŸŸ

Good news! As an Auburn University user, you can quickly and easily REPORT the phishing email to our Cybersecurity Team. In the top tool bar of the Microsoft Outlook application, you will find the โ€œReportโ€ phishing button. When you click this button, the email will be sent to your deleted folder, and our Cybersecurity team will be notified. At that point, our Cybersecurity team will investigate ๐Ÿ•ต the email and be able to take further steps to prevent any additional issues from the email.

๐Ÿ‘‰ If you receive a phishing email on a personal account, the best course of action is to simply โŒDELETEโŒ it.
