Nemaha County Leadership kicked off Class #13 on Thursday, August 13th.

The session focused on exploring the qualities of good leadership, reflection on the class members' personal leadership journey, and set goals for their personal leadership growth as part of the NCL experience.
The group also learned about Leading with Strengths from Karly Black, Engagement Zone Coordinator, Nebraska Extension.
Janny Crotty, NCL Advisor and Director of Advancement, Nebraska Community Foundation, shared information about the historic leaders of Nemaha County.
Kim Beger, NCL Advisor, shared the history of NCL and the class project overview with the group.

Big shoutout to Dena Stevenson, a NCL Advisor, for planning a wonderful first day for Class #13!

Our Meet and Greet event for Class 13 was a wonderful success! The alumni, Class 12 members, and board had a great time mingling with and getting to meet Class 13 members!
Their first day of class is this Thursday, and we're excited to see them enjoy NCL!

We are one week away from welcoming the upcoming NCL Class #13 with a Meet and Greet at the Rural Impact Hub on August 6th from 5:30pm-8:00pm.

We would love for alumni to join us in welcoming our new class members. We also appreciate any help with bringing food and drinks for the event.
