Kids Yoga with Megan Megan Vitale has been teaching kids yoga since 2014. It is SO much fun and your kids will LOVE it!

Megan Vitale is a 200 Hr-CYT also certified in Kidding Around Yoga, a unique children's yoga organization that blends songs, games and stories in kid's yoga classes. A typical class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, laughing, hopping & storytelling ALL while practicing yoga to original music. Megan teaches in and around the Finger Lakes region of Central New York.
