NOW HIRING TODDLER CERTIFIED TEACHERS

We are currently seeking EEC-certified toddler teachers to join our warm, play-based learning community. Our ideal candidate is nurturing, dependable, and dedicated to helping children grow through exploration, creativity, and meaningful connection.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler or higher)
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
Committed to a play-based curriculum and hands-on learning
Engages fully and intentionally with children throughout the day
Works well as part of a collaborative teaching team
Accepts and applies constructive feedback with professionalism and openness
Responsibilities:
Create a warm, engaging, and responsive classroom environment
Plan and implement play-based learning experiences tailored to children’s developmental stages
Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain consistency and quality in the classroom
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
Follow licensing regulations, company policies, and NAEYC's code of Ethics.
Conduct informal and formal observations and assessments.
