Fire Safety Friday at Genesee! 🚒🔥

On Friday, the Auburn Fire Department visited our Lions to teach an important lesson about fire safety! ❤️💙

Students got to see a firefighter dressed in full gear and even climb aboard the fire truck! 🚒👨🏻‍🚒

🎶 On Fridays we dance! 🦁💃🕺

We had plenty of dancing today, but not enough Lions to reach our 93% attendance goal! 😐

Let’s get those Lions back in the building on Tuesday and keep working toward our goal! 💪🏻

Every Lion. Every Day. 🦁💛

Walk to School Day at Genesee! 👟👟👟

As a walking school, we celebrate the benefits of walking every day! ⭐️ Yesterday, our Lions were greeted with healthy snacks and fun prizes, added stickers to a map showing where they walked from, and our Walking School Bus proudly carried a special banner to celebrate the event. 🍎

Thank you to the Cayuga County Health Department for sponsoring this annual event in our community! 💚

What a great way to start the day with movement, healthy habits, and a little Genesee PRIDE! 🦁

Mrs. Rhodes’ first graders had the best attendance in September, and they knew exactly how to celebrate! 🎉🍕
