Our faculty began the year by filling their hearts before filling their classrooms. π
Together we celebrated Mass with Msgr. Farmer, reflected with Fr. Armstrong on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and explored how we can model the virtues of Saints Thérèse, Rita, and John Bosco for our students each day.
We wrapped up the retreat with a little funβan interactive βegg huntβ where faculty searched for and classified quotes from the Old Testament, New Testament, and the Saints.
Grounded in faith, inspired by the saints, and ready to guide our Crusaders with wisdom, joy, and Christ at the center of all we do. βοΈπ

"Let all that you do be done in love." β 1 Corinthians 16:14
Calling all future engineers and designers! πποΈ
This week, design your dream playground and build a model using materials you can find around your house. Cardboard, blocks, paper, recyclables, and craft supplies can all become part of your amazing creation!
As you build, think about how your playground could be a place where everyone feels welcome, included, and loved. When we create with others in mind, we put God's love into action.
We can't wait to see what you imagine! π

β¨ Our 2026-2027 School Calendar is designed with families in mind!
Throughout the year, there are built-in breaks and long weekends that provide opportunities for family vacations, wellness visits, and other appointments. We encourage families to use these scheduled days whenever possible so that students can make the most of every learning opportunity in the classroom.
Every school day matters, and regular attendance helps our students grow academically, spiritually, and socially. Thank you for partnering with us in respecting instructional time and helping your child be present for all the moments that make a St. Michael education so special! ππ

"For we walk by faith, not by sight." β 2 Corinthians 5:7
Put on your scientist hat this week and test which objects sink and which ones float! ππ¬ Gather a few items from around your home, make your predictions, and see what happens when they hit the water.
Just as we can't always tell whether something will sink or float by looking at it, we don't always know what lies ahead. Faith reminds us to trust God even when we can't see the whole picture.
Share your discoveries, and remember: sometimes the best lessons come when we take a leap of faith! π
