While we do follow a schedule, we allow our children to explore what peaks his or her interest and encourage the little ones to explore, create and learn. We make sure that all children feel safe and protected and we encourage positive growth. It is so easy for little ones to become discouraged when they see their peers excelling, so we make sure we concentrate on the areas where a child may struggle and through healthy, positive encouragement, we watch these children become proud of their accomplishments and enjoy sharing in their triumph. As the owner and operator, I have been around children my whole life. I have worked amongst children throughout my teenage and adult years. I graduated college with honors and incorporate my knowledge into our every day schedule. We are currently enrolling for full-time positions for children who are potty trained and are 2-5 years of age.
