Backstretch Clubhouse The Backstretch Clubhouse is a non profit childcare facility located on the property of Emerald Down We have a fully fenced playground and go outside every day.

We offer a fun, safe, clean learning environment with experienced teachers who enjoy working with kids. We offer toddler and preschool curriculums and small class sizes. Our preschool class is warm and caring with a focus on fun in learning and kindergarten prep. Our toddler program is geared toward the successes of the child with daily opportunities for group activities while following a toilet training schedule that allows each child to succeed. Our classes offer plenty of opportunity for self expression and creativity.

Wonder what's been going on along the train tracks? BNSF is putting in a third line! You may have noticed the street is closed at the crossing on W Main St and next week 37th St NE/NW will be closed at the crossing. Here's a shot of some of the rails making their way down the line to their new home.

Wednesdays will be "Show and Share" day.

Kids can bring in something special from home to show and share with class. Everyone will get the chance to show and share, even if we forget to bring something from home, kids are welcome to find something from class that they enjoy and can present.

Please remember that things such as electronic devices, anything expensive or fragile are not considered as appropriate Show and Share items.

One hour until curtian, these kids have worked very hard to memorize their lines and show off their mad acting skills. It is really incredible the transformation that has taken place.
