Michael Kelly, Board Member - Bay City Public Schools Board of Education Michael Kelly, Trustee - Bay City Public Schools Board of Education Michael has lived in Bay County his entire life, and in Williams Township for over 20 years.

On Tuesday, November 8th, elect Michael Kelly to the Bay City Public Schools Board of Education. His wife, Barbara, is a teacher in the Essexville-Hampton School District. His son, John, attends Western High School. His daughter, Eileen, attended Western High School and now attends the University of Michigan where she is a pursuing a degree in education. His extended family has worked in education

for decades... many of whom were teachers and support staff in Bay City Schools. Michael supports smaller class sizes, increased investment in band and the performing arts, increased transparency and accountability, and additional community involvement in our schools. He also supports additional academic options, trade and technical opportunities, and providing teachers and staff with all of the tools necessary to make them - and their students - the best in the region.
