Sometimes stress is asking for clarity.
A lot of us carry pressure that was never actually ours to carry because we never stopped to clarify the expectation, ask the question, or name what we really needed.
That’s true in leadership, relationships, work, and everyday life.

Not all stress comes from doing too much.
Sometimes it comes from spending too much time in environments where you feel pressure to constantly edit, guard, or shrink parts of yourself just to function.
That kind of stress builds slowly and quietly over time.

It feels like confusion.
