You keep trying to fit yourself into an old version of your life…old body…old schedule…old business model…old definition of success.

And it’s exhausting.

I caught myself doing this recently.

I’m currently on a weight loss journey, and I realized I was setting goals based on what I weighed during a completely different season of life.
Back then I had different stress, responsibilities, hormones, lifestyle….
Different version of me.

And honestly? It made no sense.

But we do this everywhere.

You used to be able to grind nonstop.
You used to tolerate chaos.
You used to define success a certain way.
You used to want different things.

But evolution changes us.

I used to be a corporate executive.

Now I coach business owners and professionals, run businesses differently, write books, bake pies, and spend time building a life that actually feels aligned.

If I constantly measured my life against who I used to be, I’d completely miss the magic of who I’m becoming.

The same is true for you.

Your next chapter may require different goals, systems, standards, and priorities.

Not because you failed.
Because you evolved.

When we work together, we look at your real life — your current season, your ambitions, your energy, your values, your goals — and build a strategy that fits the person you are now becoming.

That’s where the magic happens.
It’s on the other side that you can claim your peace and your balance and your ambition and truly thrive.

This might p**s you off a little .

 You’re not stuck.

You’re choosing.

You’re choosing the version of your life that feels controlled…
predictable…
safe enough.

And it’s costing you more than you want to admit.

Because you do know what to do.

You’ve known for a while.

You just:
pause
overthink
wait
soften the move

And then call it “timing.”

I see this constantly.

One client told me she wanted to grow her business.

But every decision she made kept her exactly where she was.

Once she saw that?

Game over.

Within a year, she doubled her income.

Not because she learned something new.

Because she stopped protecting her comfort.

That’s the shift.

And if this is hitting a nerve…

good.

That’s usually the moment things start changing.

If you’re ready for it—

Hot take:You’re not stuck. You’re attached to this version of you.
Yeah. I said it.
Because you already know:You’re underpricingYou’re overthinkingYou’re over-accommodating
And you keep doing it anyway.
Why?
Because this version of you is:✨ likable ✨ safe ✨ predictable
But also?
👉 capped 👉 overworked 👉 quietly frustrated
You don’t need another strategy.
You need to stop pretending you don’t know what to do.
I’ve seen this over and over with my clients:
One raised her prices immediately → made more + worked lessOne stopped overthinking → made a decision in a week that changed everythingOne stopped bending over backwards → finally felt GOOD in her business again
No new plan.
Just a new way of operating.
The next-level version of you:Moves fasterHolds the lineStops explainingExpects more
And the biggest shift?
🔥 You feel different.
Calm. Certain. Solid.
Like someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
So be honest—
Are you stuck…
Or are you just not willing to let go of the version of you that feels safe?
👇question- Where are you playing small on purpose?

She had clients… and still felt irritated

Morgan had clients.
A lot of them. Her calendar was full. Her inbox was busy. People wanted to work with her.

From the outside, everything looked great.

But behind the scenes? She was irritated. Not all the time. But enough that she noticed it… She would finish a long client day and think: “That was… a lot.”
She was: answering extra questions she wasn’t getting paid for, doing more work than she originally scoped, and saying yes when she wanted to say “not like this”.

And the biggest one? She was charging less than she knew she should be. Every time she thought about raising her prices, she’d think:
“What if people don’t pay it? Or I lose customers ? Or I’m not quite worth it yet?”

So she stayed where she was. Busy.
Booked …and quietly frustrated.
The issue wasn’t demand. She had so many people who wanted her help. It was how she was showing up INSIDE her business.

The solution wasn’t just “raise your prices.” It was changing how she: saw her value, made pricing decisions, and held boundaries with clients.
This is exactly the work we did together. We looked at the patterns behind her pricing: hesitation, second-guessing, quiet over-delivering… And we shifted it.

The result was the best part. Her prices changed, but more importantly, her experience changed. She started working with better-fit clients, felt respected for her time, and ultimately made more money without working more (most weeks, she works less).

Emotionally, she felt calm. The irritation and resentment she felt at the end of the day was replaced with a renewed passion and love for her business, her clients and her life.
If you’ve ever felt that subtle “this isn’t quite right” in your work…
Let’s talk.
