We look forward to being in the National Independence Day Parade tomorrow representing the great state of Alabama and Auburn University!

What makes this moment so special is that Geo Explorer Auburn embodies Auburn's land-grant mission—taking science, research, and innovation directly to communities across America. We are Auburn's land-grant mission in motion.

As America celebrates 250 years, we're proud to share a vision for the next 250: "Science and technology are core values of what we believe in as a nation. They've been that way over the last 250 years and they'll be that way for the next 250 — and that starts with education."

The dream is real 🌎✨

Geo Explorer Belize is officially moving from vision to reality — our next mobile lab is ready for construction and on site here at our build location on campus. We couldn’t be more energized for what’s ahead.

Central America’s first earth‑science–themed mobile science lab is coming to life: 27 feet of hands‑on learning, fully aligned with Belize education standards and powered by our custom-built learning management system. This is science on wheels, built for the next generation of explorers, innovators, and problem‑solvers.

From today until the moment it arrives in Belize this year, we’re taking you along for every milestone, every surprise, every moment of joy and discovery. So many people have believed in this dream, invested in this dream, and signed on to help us launch our first international mobile lab — and we are deeply grateful 🌍💛

The journey continues this summer.

Geo Explorer Auburn recently closed out an unforgettable year, and our hearts are full. Over 5,000 people stepped into our mobile science lab, asked big questions, got their hands dirty with discovery, and reminded us why our mission matters so deeply.

Every mile, every school, every community stop reaffirmed our core values: hands‑on learning, curiosity without limits, and science that meets students where they are. That’s the heartbeat of Geo Explorer Auburn and Citizen Science GIS & Geo Explorer Labs

And we’re just getting started. This summer and the next school year will be even more epic with more miles, more students, more communities, and more unforgettable moments as we continue taking Science on Wheels across Alabama and beyond. The road ahead is bright, bold, and full of discovery.

Here’s to the thousands who stepped inside this year… and the thousands more we’ll meet as part of our journey.
