The SoTL Writing Collective brings teacher-scholars together for protected writing time, accountability, and peer support. Designed for those who already have a SoTL project underway, the collective provides space to work on everything from literature reviews and IRB protocols to data interpretation and other next steps.

For the most meaningful experience, we encourage participants to attend the full series of sessions.

Have a teaching question you want to turn into a research project this fall?

The SoTL Project Development Institute (SPDI) supports faculty, postdocs, and graduate students who are newer to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and ready to develop a project of their own. Through weekly sessions, participants work through the process of designing, implementing, and sharing SoTL research while building a community of support along the way.

For the most meaningful experience, we encourage participants to attend the full series of sessions.

Ready to make the most of your first years at Auburn?

The New Faculty Scholars (NFS) program helps new faculty build meaningful connections, learn more about Auburn’s institutional culture and develop a network that supports their success. Through monthly lunch-and-learns and small-group Colleague Circles, participants connect with faculty mentors, colleagues and campus leaders.

The program is open to tenure-track faculty, clinical faculty and lecturers within their first two years at Auburn.
