I'm a home baker and cake decorator at Meijer. A late bloomer, I was bitten by the baking bug in 2019 when two of my recipes (carrot cake and zucchini bread) won first place at the Michigan State Fair. My dessert display for a celebration of life for my friend Lisa Broadwater Ceragioli who was taken too soon. I couldn’t pick just one so I made many 😊. Carrot cake cupcakes, cherry/almond sugar cookies, pistachio cheesecake bites, cinnamon roll cookies, Oreo/cookie dough brownies and pistachio cheesecake pops.
