🌟 Upper Pods Science & STEM with GLOW! 🌟
We’re thrilled to welcome back Mrs. O’Dell, our Upper Pods Science teacher, for the 2026–2027 school year in our 2-day hybrid program!
Mrs. O’Dell also serves as our Assistant Director and Chapel Leader, bringing a heart for leadership and a passion for guiding students in both academics and faith.
She brings a love for Christ-centered, hands-on learning through exciting experiments and interactive lessons.
This year in science, students will explore The Physical World—diving into Machines & Motion, Heat & Energy, and Inventions & Technology using the Master Books: God’s Design for the Physical World curriculum.
Each week will include four lessons: two completed at home and two on campus.
The STEM extension will offer even more hands-on opportunities, allowing students to design, build, and apply what they’ve learned in fun and practical ways.
We chose Master Books: God’s Design for the Physical World because it aligns with our mission to teach scientific principles through a biblical worldview, helping students see God’s creativity and logic in every part of His creation.
Get ready for an exciting year of discovery with Mrs. O’Dell and the Upper Pods Science & STEM team!

⭐️Upper Pods History and Bible at The GLOW School ⭐️
We are excited to welcome Mrs. Coulter as our History and Bible teacher for the Upper Pods for the 2026–2027 school year!
Mrs. Coulter brings engaging lessons, rich discussions, and hands-on activities to our students, all taught through a strong Biblical worldview that helps them see God’s hand in history.
This year, students will be diving into America’s Story by Master Books, a narrative-style U.S. history curriculum that teaches American history through engaging stories, full-color visuals, and a distinctly Christian perspective.
We chose America’s Story because it:
• Presents history as an easy-to-follow, story-based journey that keeps students interested.
• Integrates a Biblical worldview throughout, highlighting God’s sovereignty and purpose in historical events.
• Uses a gentle, Charlotte Mason–inspired approach with short lessons, narration, and opportunities for projects and deeper exploration.
In our Upper Pods, students will explore key people and events in the American story while connecting what they learn in history to Scripture, character, and God’s larger plan.
Get ready for a fun, meaningful year of History and Bible with Mrs. Coulter and America’s Story at Glow!
