We are excited to share some wonderful news! 🎉

Robbins Children’s Programs is 1 of only 19 Early Education and Out-of-School Time (EEOST) grant recipients awarded funding to support critical capital improvements to our building and playgrounds! 🏫🌳

There are going to be so many exciting improvements happening at Robbins Children’s Programs, and we can’t wait to share the process, progress, and final results with our families, staff, and community. We are looking forward to creating an even better environment for the children we serve!

A very special shout-out to Debra, our Program Coordinator, for her time, hard work, and dedication in completing this grant application and helping us find new ways to improve and grow our program for our current and future Robbins Children’s Programs families. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made a donation in memory of Rick Correia. We have received more donations since out last post and wanted to updated the list of Donors. We can't Thank you all enough.

Rick was a cherished part of the Robbins Children’s Programs family. He was the familiar face behind the camera at so many of our events, capturing moments we will treasure forever. He also brought so much joy each year as our favorite jolly, white-bearded man in a red suit, always making a special appearance at our Holiday Fair.

His kindness, spirit, and presence meant so much to our community, and he will be deeply missed.

Transitioning from Summer to Fall 🍎🍂

As summer comes to an end, helping children ease back into a consistent routine can make the transition to school and child care much smoother. Gradually adjusting bedtime and morning routines, returning to regular meal and snack times, encouraging healthy habits, and practicing independence can help children feel prepared and confident. ❤️

It’s also important to support their emotions by talking positively about the upcoming school year, listening to their concerns, and reconnecting with friends. At Robbins Children’s Programs, we’re committed to providing a caring, structured environment where every child feels supported, comfortable, and ready for a successful new school year! 📚✨

Last night, as our families were heading out for the day, we hosted our “Pop Before You Hop” event! 🍧

Children enjoyed a refreshing freeze pop on their way out the door and had the chance to share what they love about RCP by writing their thoughts on paper “ice cream scoops” to add to our cone display. 💛

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Robbins event without our Photo Booth—so many smiles and fun memories captured! 📸

Our preschool friends helped prep the cucumbers, while our school age children took on the watermelon as we worked together to create a Cucumber, Watermelon, and Feta Cheese Salad. 🍉🧀
