WANT TO VOLUNTEER INSIDE THE SCHOOL?

If you would like to volunteer at school, there are a few additional steps that must be completed for your background check and volunteer approval.

Here’s what to do:

1️⃣ Join PTO using the membership link below.
www.atokapto.com

2️⃣ After signing up, you will receive an email with the link and paperwork needed to begin the background check process or find it above on our website if you have joined already.

3️⃣ Follow the directions provided to have your fingerprints completed.

4️⃣ KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! 🧾
You will need the receipt showing that you completed the fingerprint/background check process.

5️⃣ Complete all required paperwork included with the instructions.

6️⃣ Return your completed paperwork AND your fingerprint/background check receipt to the school.

✅ Once everything has been submitted, the background check process can be completed for volunteer approval for your TCS APPROVED Volunteer Badge.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Purchasing a PTO membership does not automatically complete your volunteer/background check. If you plan to volunteer inside the school, please make sure you complete all of the steps above to get your TCS Volunteer badge.

Background checks can take some time to process, so we encourage anyone who thinks they may want to volunteer during the school year to get started early!
