“Do I need to already be a speaker to join?”
No. Past graduates have included a reiki healer, a public school teacher, a graphic designer, a travel agency owner, and a therapist. What matters is that you have expertise and a message worth amplifying.

“How is this different from every other speaker program?”
Most programs teach you how to write a talk and call it a day. LJ Speaker School develops women the way real talent gets developed, from a performance lens, because that is the lane Leslie has actually lived in. The work covers storytelling, stagecraft, and the identity piece that most programs skip entirely.

“What does enrollment look like?”
Upon enrollment, you will be invited into our private community platform where you will have immediate access to the training calendar, the full library of bonuses and resources, and networking with the other students. The journey begins the day you join.

What you’re watching here isn’t “confidence appearing out of nowhere.”

It’s what happens when someone is given time, space, and safety to meet the stage before the pressure is on.

That first clip is Shawna at rehearsals, her very first time standing on a real stage, lights on, mic in hand, not rushed, not performing for approval, just letting her nervous system take notes.
Feeling the room.
Feeling her voice.
Feeling herself take up space long enough for her body to realize, “oh… I’m okay here.”

That second clip?
That’s what familiarity looks like when it shows up as presence.

By the time Shawna stepped into her actual speaking gig, her body wasn’t bracing for impact.
Her talk was anchored. Her energy was grounded.
The experience was already known, which meant she could stop managing fear and start connecting with the audience in a real, embodied way.

This is why rehearsals are a crucial part of Phase 2 inside our Speaker School.

Not to polish lines.
Not to “practice being perfect.”
But to train the body so the moment doesn’t feel foreign when it counts.

Fear of visibility is usually just fear of the unknown. And when the unknown becomes familiar, the fear loses its grip.

What replaces it is trust.
And then confidence.
And then that quiet, powerful moment where someone realizes,
