Hello, my name is Lucy Figueiredo, and I have been a proud resident of Roselle Park for the past 19 years. I had the honor of serving in a temporary role on the Roselle Park Board of Education in 2023, and am hoping to be able to earn a seat to continue to give back to our school district. With over 20 years of experience as a Director of Operations, I have remained committed to community service, volunteering in our schools and supporting families in need. As a mother of three children, I am deeply invested in our community and ensuring the best for our schools. Having grown up in Elizabeth and attended public schools, I understand firsthand the vital role public education plays in shaping the future of our children and community. As the current President of the high school PTO, I am passionate about ensuring that all students in our district are treated equitably, and I am dedicated to advocating for the resources necessary to support their growth and success.
