we hear from parents all the time, how disruptive it can be when a babysitter cancels at the last minute.

It’s not just an inconvenience. It can mean missed meetings, canceled plans, rearranged work schedules, scrambling for backup, and an entire family’s day getting turned upside down.

That’s exactly why we have a process in place for our sitters to follow when they need to cancel, along with management oversight to help step in, communicate quickly, and work toward a solution.

We can’t prevent every illness or emergency, but we can make sure families aren’t left to figure it out alone. 💙

Instead of a traditional App Store app, we use a mobile web app. That means we can continuously improve the platform, introduce new features, fix bugs, and make updates without asking you to download a new version every few weeks.
