BIG NEWS!! 2 years in the development, we are excited to finally announce and release The Spark - a Bootcamp for Team Leads!

As you are aware, there isn't a ton of courses out there for our Team Leads. Our goal is to bring like minded individuals together from your practice - Office Managers, Clinical Managers, Team Leads - and help them to HELP YOU! What are you doing now that can be delegated? The SPARK can HELP YOU!

This is a 1.5 day course in Atlanta, GA Sept. 25-26, 2026 (Friday + 1/2 day Saturday) was developed and will be presented by the Office Team Leads of Reza Ardalan, Ann Bynum and myself. We want to share what has helped us to LOVE WHAT WE DO because of our incredibly talented Team Leads that help us do that on the daily (and we can focus on the dentistry)!
