And that’s a wrap on Leadership Retreat! Not only did we have yummy bagels and nachos, we learned so much about becoming better leaders on campus and in our organizations!
Special thanks to Stacey Doremus (Program Director of the Leadership Education and Development at Georgia Tech) and Dr. Gerome Stephens (Associate Dean of Students) for leading some great conversations and our wonderful ODK e-board for organizing the event!

One of our very own is a finalist for Ramblin’ Royalty! Make sure to vote for Hrydesh this week! 👑🗳
From Hrydesh: “Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society inspired me to run because like the organization, I hope to use my influence if elected to become a Ramblin’ Royalty to help spread positive change and advocate for those whose voice may not yet be heard. I hope to use the experiences I have gained in organizations such as ODK, GT Student Ambassadors, Buddy Jackets, UCC, LASO, Honors Program, Leadership Challenge Course, and Delta Chi to further help improve our campus.”

The Alpha Eta Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa at the Georgia Institute of Technology is excited to invite new members into our circle! At Georgia Tech, the purpose of our Circle is to provide a forum for campus leaders to implement positive change. We promote internal discussions about pressing campus issues and brainstorm effective methods to resolve those issues via external initiatives.
To be eligible for student membership, you must be a graduate student or undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior by hours (meaning 30 or more completed hours), hold a GPA of 3.50 or above, and Spring 2022 cannot be your first nor last semester at Georgia Tech.
Given our goal of creating a diverse forum of leaders, we are specifically looking for individuals with unique experiences, involvements, or perspectives.
This application will close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, September 18th.
Interviews will take place Monday, September 26nd through Friday, September 29th.
We can’t wait to meet you!!

⭐️ Exec Highlight! ⭐️ “I’m Jacob Evans, I’m a 5th year Mechanical Engineering major, and I am ODK’s incoming President. I’m from Mercer Island, Washington and I joined ODK in Spring 2020. My commitments outside ODK include Pi Tau Sigma (ME Honor Society), where I serve as a Senior Student Advisor; undergraduate research in AE’s Computational Combustion Laboratory; co-oping, where I just finished my 3rd and final rotation at ATA Engineering; and competitive sports, where I work as an intramural referee and supervisor. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball, hiking, and learning piano. This photo was taken at Mount Bierstadt, Colorado; my first 14,000 foot summit. A fun fact about me is I have a pilot’s license. "
Want to meet Jacob and ODK members who are leaders on campus? Our application opens on September 1st! We can’t wait to meet you!
