The Metro-Atlanta Library Association was established in 1982. Its objective is to advance library interests and services in the Atlanta area.

Membership in MALA is open to all persons interested in advancing library interests in the Atlanta area. Membership: Annual fees are $10, and $7 for retirees and students. Payment can be made by check or Paypal. Send check to:

Here’s when each Macon library will reopen after getting emergency funding Macon, Georgia, libraries will reopen by the end of August after Macon-Bibb County budget uncertainty forced them to shut down. The Washington Memorial Library will reopen Monday.
